Star SB-16

Hi all

We just got a Star SB-16 at work and I have a few questions I hope someone can answer. I've setup and ran Star SR-20's and they all used (I'm assuming a macro) to touch off tools IE: Air Cut, Macro softkeys tool number and start and it would move the selected tool into position to be touched off. This doesn't work on the SB-16 so I'm assuming a macro might have to be made for this?

Hi,

I hardly ever use the Macro, Air Cut On etc to set the tools on the Stars I use that have that capability, I find it too slow.

In, MDI, enter for eg, T200 - EOB - Insert. Then still in MDI, enter the X value of the Bar Diameter and then lock the tool down onto the bar.

Do this for every platen tool.
