Any tsugami users have problems with sub collet sticking? Chuck completely disassembled toggles and all, no chips or contamination. Machine only month old

this issue troubles me too, finally find a solution. you need to make a gasket almost 3~6mm thick,put it between the collet support and the tube, everythins just fine. the tsugami agent told this is a comman issue with lot machines. wish helps.
