Default Turning and X-holes in Monel 405??

    Hi all!
I'm looking for some starting feed/speed info for turning and x-drilling some monel 405 on a swiss. I've never ran any monel before, and am having a hard time finding any info online, except that it sucks to work with... Though I figure I can make good parts out of 421 SS, I can do anything.

    Any recommendations?? thanks!!

Some data I found out there for single point turning Monel:

    Roughing - 0.15" depth, 0.015"/rev feed -175 SFM
    Finishing - 0.025" depth, 0.007"/rev feed - 200 SFM

I havent tried these values myself though. No idea how accurate they are.
