    Default Go-to bits for cast acrylic and aluminum???

    Im looking to bore, 2d contour and pocket 1/4" cast acrylic. Also 2d contour some 1/8" aluminum. what are your go-to bits for these operations? Below an example of what i'm attempting.

    Yes, I use an Onsrud "O" flute for this. For boring, I just use regular drill bits.
