What do you use the rulers for?
Finally got my CNCRP PRO4848 up and running, thought I'd share my spoilerboard as I spent a fair amount of time designing it waiting for the hardware to arrive. I used 2 sheets of 19mm MDF glued together (started with 5' x 10', then cut down to size approx 1300 x 1650mm). I added metric rulers along 3 sides, have 11mm holes cut in throughout the surface for M8 holddowns (using McMaster part #95596A200), and counterbores and through holes for attaching to the frame cross members. I carved the ruler with a Whiteside SC01 1/16" bit, 7mm deep so the text/guides will survive multiple spoilerboard resurfacings - note that some of the 0's chipped out when cutting those. I also have (4) tiling alignment through holes deep into the temporary spoilerboard to cut the entire board (I tiled it 800mm tiles, with 200mm overlap).
This was a collection of other people's work on various forums/posting (here, Vectric forums, etc).
Questions or feedback welcome; hope this helps someone.

Nothing specific in mind with the rulers, thought it might be handy to have - certainly the grid for alignment is great, so adding the units of measure wasn't a big stretch.
Nice spoilboard. Would it be possible to save it as a .crv - VCarve Pro file?
Attached is the CRV version. Enjoy!
I love the idea of engraving the rulers. I am going to borrow that idea for my next board.
Thanks - I will use this on my next spoilboard
