    Old thread, but I just got these done. Just another way of doing it. My requirement was that nothing had to be removed so that I wouldn't mess with any of my settings and such. I designed these in Fusion and 3D printed them. There are a few things I would adjust after the fact, but they seem sturdy and functional. Working on the Y axis sensor now (along the gantry is my Y).

    Here's the approach I took using a couple of pieces of scrap aluminum.

    I use some 1/16" aluminum to make some brackets.

    Sure, if I can figure out how! My models are a mess. Also, some of these require some slight modifications to fit. The gantry sensor covers require some little bolt on "keepers."
