I recently moved my CNCPro into a new shop, it was previously operating well. In the move the ESS rattled itself loose, and after troubleshooting that with Cory's help from CRP I thought I was ready to do a few test cuts and re-tram. Unfortunately though, the slave motor is running much more slowly than Y and creates a horrendous binding/racking noise if attempt to move.
I've tried substituting a different motor, different cable, checking for any mechanical issues - rack and gear look ok, then I plugged the Y motor into the same port on the control box and it ran in a slow manner too.
I'm not sure what configuration settings went awry or if perhaps the connection at the control box has a loose connection - any help is greatly appreciated as I have a backlog of work piling up.
