its from a CNC router parts spindle part sfm4653b-24/2

It makes a weird wirling noise, Fan isnt blocked and its defiantly coming from the inside!

I think the spindle mount is actually the motor housing. I would start with removing all the screws and that C-ring on the fan. Maybe there are more screws under the fan, but I am pretty sure that the spindle holder is part of the motor housing and can't be removed.

Anyway, even though you say you are sure that the noise comes from inside the motor, I'd start with removing and testing the fan. It is an externally powered fan (I think) so it is easy to test just the fan.

    Edit:

I think I was wrong. The plate seems to be removable. How does it look like when you turn it around? On one of the pictures it looks as there are screws inside the air channels.

I would not think stepper motors are capable of crashing this spindle hard enough to do damage to the bearings. They aren't indestructible, but they are robust. If you are talking about an instant stall of the spindle motor, that is different than a stepper driven crash.
Have you contacted CRP about it yet?

What happens when you remove, what seems like screws from the lower housing in picture 3?

The silence is compact. Probably the problem is solved.

    PLSUK,

I took my spindle apart and replaced the bearings but it was a water cooled spindle, I would imagine basically its the same. Before you start removing screws from bottom you have to start from top, behind the fan you will find a nut or bolt and see top bearings, this nut or bolt holds the shaft in the housing. Below is a link that I used for reference.
