KentCNC makes a great dust shoe.

You're going to really like it. One of the most complete and easy to build kits I've built. I'd recommend ordering your dust shoe now BEFORE you surface your spoilboard. I'm still cleaning up the mess.

klhoard , thanks for the review .
Although I didn't need any swaying , you've definitely helped me with my decision to buy from CNCrouterparts.
I was very close to buying a 4/4 Saturn from FLA , as there very heavy duty and Nate seems like a very fair man , but I'm liking the fact that CNCrouterparts has upgraded to linear bearings also .
I have no issues with assembling one , and as a matter of fact it will be beneficial. Some day this summer I'm going to be ordering a 4/4 Pro version . It's tempting to get one in a 4/8 size ,but it's just going to take up to much room and I'm not to concerned with sheet goods

I found a good use for the aluminum gauge blocks. Mount them to the front extrusion to use as a clamping surface.

That's great! I was thinking that those could be used for something.

I'm still waiting for the electronics. ....
