Xilog+ PC error

Have installed Xilog+ on PC, Copied the cfg and tgl files from machine. the fixed tool settings did not update from the tgl. what am I doing wrong?

Do you have Windows 7+? Try to open all security privilages to current user for xilog plus folder

Do you mean that the tooling settings have not updated in Machine Panel ? If so, you need to click on the Tlg icon underneath the TICK icon in the F11 magazine config screen.

I've copied the tooling files directly from our machine. When I load it to my office computer, the tool changer bits appear but the fixed tool head does not. I double checked and opened the file on the machine and the tooling is there.

successfully got the tooling to work. However, now have this error when opening XXL's.
