We began to make ourselves known with the Biesse but we found some Errors which are important for the operation.

We start the procedure of Reset carriages on Manual Movement but it is not completed because the photocell of the work carriage WY5 never come back from the moment of reading the suction cups ( stops on the opposite side of original position ) .

In the Errors message writes :

AXS 338 : Follow up error for positive feedback. AXIS WY5
AXS 348 : Positioning not completed. Excessive offset tension. Axis WY5

On Errors help writes :

AXS 338 > The inversion of the encoder phases or the analogue reference polarity is possible. The counting direction may be changed in the wiring or by changing the sign of machine data 4 ( number of encoder impulses). The polarity of the reference can be inverted in the wiring or by changing the sign of machine data 14 ( position loop gain ).

AXS 348 > a) Check that machine data 15 ( positioning end advance ) is not nil. b) Check that few seconds have passed from trigger of the Drive OK signal to the first movement command, to allow automatic offset compensation. c) Check that the NC is correctly wired to the drives.

Any ideas would be useful. Is someone who use this type of machine with work table EPS and has the same problem ?
