What is in header? Try V=0 or blank
Hi all Xilog users.
I am getting an error when trying to run any program in Xilog: "ISO Destination File Existing"
Does anyone know what would cause this error?
This is happening with every .PGM program i try to run.
I have tried some that are already in the controller from previous owners,
and also a basic circle program that i imported from Vectric via winxiso software.
Makes no sense to me, but hopefully it does to someone else here...

No not DXF.. It is a basic circle created in a CAD/CAM program..
But i have tried many different programs and all showing the same error.
Created in Xilog or Cad/Cam software..
You might remember i asked you some questions many months ago about trying to connect a win XP computer to my SCM record 120 machine?
I was unsuccessful with that due to the serial connection being unstable and unreliable.
So i am now trying to get the original setup going again.
Maybe i have changed a setting of some kind during my attempt to get the other PC connected and now the original setup is not working.
I suspect it may have something to do with the NUM tools? Or the communication of some kind..
The programs looks correct, in fact i know they are because they have already been run on this machine before i got it by previous owner.
Here is another error with sending program to NC.. see attached pic.
Yes i have tried this already. It doesn't seem to matter what program i use, it is still giving the error.
It is not the program that is the problem, i think it is a settings issue.
Xilog requires an ISO file to run so why would it be saying "iso destination file existing"
Does Xilog process its files via NUM tools?
Is there any way of finding out what the error numbers mean? (24.22 ERROR) and (24.26 ERROR)
I have also noticed that the XILOG.INI file was missing.
I have recreated the file and inserted one line only reading LINE=FIP01,0,0,0,0,0
But it did not seem to change anything.Should it have more in this file than just one line?
Xilog creates temporary ISO files which Panelmac sends to the NUM controller, then deletes afterwards. Perhaps your system have been stopped before the temp files could be deleted so you are getting a file protection error trying to write over them.
Sorry, I can't remember the folder name right now, I seem to remember the files are in sub-folders named A B C D depending on which machining area they are destined for.
