CNC Masters Supra Mill - Interpolation jitters

Hello All - I have a 2011 Supra mill. During a 6" dia circular Interpolation both axis (X&Y) shutter a little bit when they start to reverse direction. Could this be a power supply issue as the opposite axis is at max motion?
