It is sought to find the rpm, cutting speed, feed and depth for each of the end mills, the six bits are solid carbide. There are three 1/8 ", 3/16" and 1/4 "flat tip end mills, and three 1/8", 3/16 "and 1/4" ball nose end mills. The end mills are lubricated with a vegetable lubricant. These end mills are used with a 2.2 kW (2.95 hp) universal motor ranging from 0 to 24000 rpm. The motor is used in a router for wood. In this case the wooden router will be used to bypass duraliminio. The motor has a pumping cooling liquid. It is intended with them to make a contour for the plastic injection mold. The material to use is duraluminium. It is intended to make a mold for thin pieces.

Some ideas?

Thank you for everybody. Have a nice day.
