morbidelli u550 stc. data loss message

hi there, I have a morbidelli u 550 stc machine that the battery went dead over Christmas vacation. when I go to load the data back on it an error message pops up, stating that the output boards are enabled. How do I fix this ?

Hello! I have a Morbidelli U550, the battery ran out while I was on vacation.
I have a USB memory with the machine parameter files:
TRIASET.DAT, AXIS.DAT, GENDATA.DAT, DIMFLDS.DAT, PHEADS.DAT, ROTARY.DAT, SPEEDS.DAT, SPINDLES.DAT, STOREPOS.DAT, SUPPORTS.DAT, XZONE.DAT, FILEDS.DAT, HOODS. DAT, YZONE.DAT, and the DEF.ATR tools file.

Machine data:
Year 1999
Registration number AL04.01
TRIA 7500 RELEASE 38.3.46.1
TRIA SERIAL NUMBER 9902217

I have gone to SERVICES - USER PASSWORD (MORBI) - SERVICES - SETUP MENU - MACHINE SETUP - LOAD FROM UNIT.
After loading TRIASET.DAT there are fewer errors, these are:
AXIS (1.10) invalid parameters
XZONE (1.1) invalid parameters
YZONE (1.1) invalid parameters
FIELDS (1.4) invalid parameters
SPEEDS (1.3) invalid parameters

I know I have to press EDITOR - PARAMETERS - LOAD ALL
But when pressing EDITOR : "User not recognized"

I have done something wrong I cannot enter the EDITOR but I do not know what I can do.
10 days ago and a response from SCM Spain has arrived.
Does anyone know how I should proceed?

I have woken up the machine with PLC files from a Morbideli Author 503. Almost everything went well, except that it does not recognize milling chucks 1 and 2.
Can someone send me the PLC files for Morbideli U550?
