    Default Biesse tool changer problem!

I am getting a cone timeout error. Keeps the tool changer from loading and unloading. I can't seem to fix the problem. One time just simply putting metaflex lub in the cone nose did the trick. Any solutions out there?
    Thanks,

It has to do with the location of the homing sensor. If the humidity is high, it can throw the sensor off a bit.

Hopefully you got this issue figured out. We have had a cone timeout error on our Rover B 4.40 before due to the dust shroud not raising up all of the way. There is a sensor on the top of the air cyliner that raises and lowers the dust shroud around the spindle. For us, this sensor got knocked out of alignment.

There are also internal sensors inside the HSD spindle that can sometimes need to be adjusted. There should be an address at the end of your error that will tell you which input the machine is not seeing, that would let you know if it is directly the input for the cones sensors in the router or if it is an input related to dust shroud or additional parts of the machine that may not be directly related to the electrospindle (mark@cnccustomservices.com)
