I know this is an old thread but I want to see if anyone has any information on a similar issue.... We are getting a CMOS RAM does not exist fault... I am assuming this is similar to a typical RAM card but I do not know which... I also need options to repair this or reflash what needs to be done... Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Miller i can comment what we do when we have te problem:
May be you need to take some pictures from BIOS Setup
1st We discconect the cpu boards and clean the pins with an eraser and inset it again
2nd change the date in the bios and y DOS we use a date in 1996 (we have a 2YK)
Check Disk with scandisk and try

I hope this will help you

Hi; if you want to enter in BIOS only press the DEL key a cuple of times after turning on; and thats all; then find the date option; someting like this

Thank you very much... I actually found what I believe to be the card where the info is stored and the battery is dead. I am trying to locate a replacement board or a battery I can solder in and then re load missing information.
