Thanks for that Service SCM BR....the problem is not the PLC and PAR files...it is to get the NC to open/edit .PGM file created with Xilog.
Thank you Barada...very uselfull info. However..the NC is working fine, I have already loaded the PLC and PAR files previously using a similar schematic. The big issue is that I cannot get the NC to read a .PGM file....I keep getting the error "Invalid File Format"
More searching over the internet leads me to believe that this old NC requires a file called cnvrt1.1.exe to convert to PGM files and not WinXiso

We are a little carpenter's workshop (3 coworkers) and we have purchased an old machine at auction module. We had expectations improving our productivity, but sincerely, we have no idea how we could optimize times programing our machine out of TRIA7500. We can only program it by typing out the manually in the machine consuming excessive time.
Is Xilog the appropriate software to be able to program our machine in an easier way?
Where could find the necessary software?
How to install Xilog on my PC?
Do exist a manual or tutorial for Xilog?
Is it necessary to downgrade the OS to 32bits in order to use Xilog?
Thank you in advance!
Machine: Morbidelli 503
Year: 1997
Serial Number: AL3514
@AntonioC
We purchased the A213 (tria7500) a while back on auction and took me 2 months and countless hours on the net to figure this out.
For our NC, xilog and xilog plus does not work as the NC does not recognise the .PGM file format.
This is how we resolved it:
1. We open the .DXF file in Aphacam and save it as .ANC file.
2. We rename the .ANC file to .TXT file
3. then we use the CN75NEW.exe file, run in DOS mode to convert the .TXT file to .PGM
4. We then send the file via NULL-MODEM cable to NC
5. Open the file in EDITOR on NC and verify it.
Done..
Hope this helps...send me an email if you require more info or any of the files etc

Colleagues,
I have a MORBIDELLI m100 cnc machine.
We use the old version of the licensed XILOG MAESTRO-EDITOR with a USB key for it from 2010.
I need the following, if anyone can help me:
- Does anyone have UPDATE or a newer version of "XILOG MAESTRO-EDITOR" to send me, and can work with my USB key for him?
- I saw that MAESTRO has some limitations, so I started practicing work on ALPHACAM, so I need an explanation on how to EXPORT to a PGM or PGMX file, is there any post processor for MORBIDELLI m100?
Any help would be welcome, I saw on the internet similar questions were asked by other MAESTRO program users. So let's help me and the others ...
Thanks in advance!

Thanks a lot guys
If you have an SCM machine, SCM should be able to send you a link to a demo version they have.
