Classified Listing status "Incomplete"

I tried to submit a classified listing earlier today, it shows up as "Incomplete" in "My Listings". When I click on "Incomplete", it takes me to the Payment step, all though I already paid via PayPal and completed all steps of the submission earlier.

How can I sort this out?
