Hi, I have just got a Cincinnati Milacron (Year 1995) Sabre 750 Vertical Machining Centre. With Acramatic 2100 Control, and I am looking for any manuals for this machine. can anyone help me Please.
I have never used one of these types VMC before,
I have only had the machine about a week, I powered up the machine and the fans on the main swich box come alive, but nothing happened to the screen, I then found out that I had to push the green button on the front panel, then the screen started to show things, after a few things had come up on the screen it then come up saying, (check input signal) this was in a blue outlined box, and then I could not do anything else, and the screen goes blank. If you could help me to get past this point it would be great.

(PS I live in Guernsey, Channel Islands, UK, so to get training is not so easy.)

Hi Again,
Things have advanced a little since my last message.
Some manuals have been located and i am waiting their arrival.
I have discovered the following procedure will get life into the control monitor screen:-Wait a few minutes after the screen has given up and gone blank, break power to the monitor,wait a few more minutes then re-connect power to screen. The screen then comes to life and stays good with the Acramatic software active.
The green button is a mystery,sometimes it has initiated startup & sometimes only way to start is to push in the small contactor which green button drives when it chooses. The contactor does self latch.
Relevant to above is that machine appears to have been updated with a TFT screen.
Any thoughts welcome.
