Question Sabre 750 Fanuc 0-M problem with 4th axis control

Few months ago we have bought second hand VMC Cincinnati Sabre 750 with Fanuc Series 0-M Control (YOM 1994, S/No 7029-F00-R0-0923) without any documentation.
After starting, on screen we had 3 alarms referring to 4th axes (machine came with connectors for 4th axes but without rotary table). Alarms are:
    1022 - rotary clamp/unclamp time
    402 - 4th axis overload
    446 - 4th axis digital servo
Later on we bought manuals via internet but they are general (4th axes not mentioned at all). Can anybody advice me how to solve this problem? Or how to disable 4th axes?
    Thank's in advance
