Sabre 750 with 850 control no screen display

Anyone familiar with early 90s sabre 750 mill. I just had it moved and having trouble. I hit master start and hear the fans in the back come on, but no screen and no servo sounds, just fans.

Need help

Servos should not come on until system boots up and you hit master start the second time. Check the video connection by taking the back off of the operator terminal. It is located at the bottom front of the unit. we have had troble with the connector on one of our machines. If it looks OK unplug the cable and plug the video cable into a regular computor monitor and see if it works.

I replaced a Sabre monitor with a stock PC crt, worked fine. Plugged right in! At the time it was thousands to have Cincinatti replace it.

It is just marked 850.

It was working before it was moved.

On initial power up (first press of master start) are the button indicators (red lights next to buttons) all lighting up?

No lights

No Sir,
I get no lights on the display panel at all.
The fanuc board in the cabinet on the side with the LED's is lit up.
The large board next to it is not.

I would sure apprecieate any help on this.

Also I unhooked the transformer to run this on 230 3 phase, but I have all the manuals and it looks straight forward, you just bypass it to run 230, it was to run on 440 with the transformer. I was wondering if there were any other transformers that would need to be switched over, but the manual does not indicate that. Looks like the machine was built for 230 and the transformer was just to run the 440 down on the main input.

Tx4 which is right below the big auto transformer is also fed by the incoming line power it will also have to have the taps changed to go from 480 to 230.

Once rewired I would go and check all of the fuses.

TX4 re wire

I see that one on the diagram, it is right next to the auto transformer. It look like it should be getting 230v I will chech to be sure. I will also check the output voltages.
