    Hawk 150 spindle

Anyone have any spindle experience with a Cinci Hawk TC-150?

Our spindle is slowly dying, and MAG wants $14,000 for a new one. They told us the unit is non-servicable (cannot simply change the bearings.)

I'm hoping maybe someone has pulled one of these apart and knows the real deal with them

    Thanks

Have you checked with Setco (www.setcousa.com), GTI (www.gtispindle.com), or High Speed Technologies (http://www.highspeedtechnologies.com)?

I have used Setco personally and gotten very good work and excellent service (no ties).
