    Error mseeage Arrow 750

    I'm new to posting wonderd if anyone could help on fixing my Arrow 750?

    not shure on what controler I have.
    but i'm getting error 9181: y axis encoder phase signal fail.
    error 9183: y axis encoder reference signal fail.

    Any help would be helpful

    Signal fail

    You have to find out what control is in your machine CT Or Acramatic?

    All the control panel says is cincinnati milacron
    the main board says spindex.

    I think is a CT control, and is possible that water got inside the servo motor.
    Check all the plugs and if that don't work, you may have to take the motor apart to dried it out, just be careful not to brake any thing.

    Well no plugs no water in electric connections. but can't seem to get the back plate off motor. has a round cap on back plate took bolts out but just wiggles wont come of. so itook thbolts of back cover and that wont move at all.the motor is from control technoligy.

    did you get it out??
    Be careful not to mess up the encoder or resolver whichever apply .

    no luck i guess ill have to take the motor out to get it apart.

    Well finally got the motor out and it looks to be dry inside.
    Is there any way to check it?
    It's a DutymAx MS
    Model115MSA040200AG 220 volts

    Found the problem it seems my servo board went out Thanks for your help.
