Unhappy Arrow 750 Failed to start when I Push start Bottom in fornt of control !

Dear Friends,

It's really amazing for me when I turn On the machine all drives in back of machine are blinking but when I push the bottom to start the machine there no reaction(all emergency bottoms are off).

My control system is Arrow 750(I have tried to find solution by other topics but no result)

Please send me your suggestion.

Thanks in advance for your helpful reply.

Have a Nice Year in 2009

Best Regards,

Jalal

it wouldnt be the first time that button stoped working. try to measure it with an ohm meter.
also check circuit breakers.

I measured but there was no sign of starting !

But We are sure that drives are OK so there must be some problem in other parts referring to drawings we couldn't find a solution.

Thnx

Jalal

if there is absolutely no sign of starting, then there is problem with power. check voltages on all power supplies.
check voltage on wire, that connects to power button, under operator panel. then follow that wire, by drawings until you get to defective component.

is possible, that your CRT stopped working? i saw your topic reffering to that problem...

drives normally get power when controller boots, or when you switch on the main switch?
