NEED HELP!alarm 44-12 APC START ABNORMAL

Hi every body

I have an alarm 44-12 "APC controler start abnormal" during power on.
i have check connections on profibus dp controller board, connector is normally, and 24vdc is correct.
when i start programme ware 32 to display the racks , i don't see the state of the input/output.

How initialize the communication with pcb and cn?
