Acramatic 850 alarm help!!

My company has a 1990 Sabre 750 with the Acramatic 850 control. It is a machine we acquired about a year ago, but have not used it. Recently we set it up and got it going and every thing seemed to work well. I started a job on the machine and did some facing and shoulder milling it did well. I went to drill some holes and that is when i got the alarm. It would start the drilling cycle and drill about .1 - .2 in deep and throw alarm 19330 Clamping / Mec failure. I can't find this alarm in any of the manuals. Does anyone have experience with this or know what may be the cause of this alarm.

I have not touched this machine in many years this may help or maynot. Sounds like clamping mechanical failure. One the clamping senors may be slightly off or a loose wire or broken wire. You can remove the cover of the spindle and i believe there is some small red lighted sensors on the front or side. One for unclamp and one for clamp. They may need adjusted.

IIRC you have a 4th axis clamping/unclamping signal not getting back to the control.
