Help!

Hi People,

could really use some help/advise on a falcon 200. for past 12 months have had problem after problem with this machine and have sunk nice few pound into repairs that only seem to last weeks! basically, i get a "power supply malfunction" error, i've replaced this 3 times and tryed out all supplys on other machine and they're perfect! other alarm i get is "timeout error" while loading. it gets to stage 3 of the load screen and refuses to go further, also getting that bridge board is "failed" on startup diagnostics. i replaced most boards over the year and have had technician's down 6 times but to no avail.
problem is these "errors" are inconsistent!!
machine seems to have good/bad days!!
anyone ever have a similar problem or know how to solve this??
