Hi can anyone tell me the max weight reccomended for the arrow 1000

load capacity is 700 kg for an arrow 1000 it is in chapter 2 of the insallation manual

I have a question when my program finishes it dissapiers from the machine screen and I need to reload it every time. Is there a setting that will fix this? I created a loop to bypass it but it is not the answer. It will do this to all my programs (that worked fine befor). I real need an answer thanks

Are you using M02 or M30 at the end of the program? Some machines reset the program to null when M30 is read... Can't say I've had that problem on my Arrow, but I have seen it on other brands.

Also it may be that you have the pallet changer function enabled (kinda remote but possible). I have a Midaco pallet changer, and if I am using just one pallet and accidentally leave on the Multi-Setup option then it will finish one program and then go to the next Set-up and program that is associated with it... You may have something similar going on.
