That seems weird. Can you post the program you are trying to run?

Sorry Bob, I have no ideas for you. The program looks like it's okay, so I really don't know whats going on. Were you able to get it going?

since the previous post couldnt be bothered to reply i'll repeat the question
WHAT BUTTONS ARE ACTIVE ON THE PENDANT?
If you were to drill a grid of 100 holes and the drill broke half way thru then you wouldnt like to have to change the tool and re-drill all of the holes again -SO DRILL REPEAT feature was added. this moves the tool to the R plane of the first hole cycle start would be required and the tool would move to the next holes r plane again cycle start and the tool moves to next r plane. this is repeated untill you come to the hole were you want to resume drilling. the repeat button is de-activated cycle start is pressed and the cycle will resume as normal. what you describe sounds similar to this so please check what buttons are active on your pendant. also check if there are any messages in bottom left hand corner of crt.

    drill cycle help

I will run this program again and check that. thank you for all advice. It is weird that this started out of nowhere. I know it is something stupid becuase it is the same code I was running. I'm just baffled. I am not a fan of these machines.
