SYSTEM FAIL 8004d Realtime Timeout

Hi guys

I have a problem with the machine CINCINNATI MILACRON 1000 ACRAMATIC 2100

The problem is: SYSTEM FAIL 8004d Realtime Timeout

The error appears always different:

Sometimes 2-3 times in one day
Sometimes once every two - three days.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem or the solution itself.

Do you have a ground rod attched to the machine we had this problem with 2 of ours and drove a ground rod next to them and hooked it up and the problem went away
