Dang...thats what I thought youu might say, about losing the settings on the RT board, I have gone back through the bios settings 3 times,
The ones that required changing were under the plug and play

It had IRQ-7 9 & 10 all showing available

What should I do now?...besides wimper..cry..break down...yell at the wife..kick the dog..lol

You could try a local computer place to see if anyone has access to the components (power supply, keyboard and video card) you will need, but based on my experience, most of the people who work in computer shops today aren't even aware these vintage components existed.

I can handle it here, but not sure how many other companies are set up to do it. In a pinch there is always Siemens, but like I said before they charge a premium for the service.
