Sabre 1000 A850sx boot alert

I have a little issue with a 95 sabre 1000 with the A850sx control
when it boot up always shows an alert that says "AUX CHANNEL FAILURE"
all i have to do to clear the alert is press data reset.
if i change the data line connector to the reader instead of aux i get the same error but instead it says "RDR CHANNEL FAILURE" althouth i can use the machine with no problems whatsoever.
The dnc is working fine i can upload programs to the control and even i use the continuous mode on this machine flawlessly

one thing i check is that i cant send programs to the control to the pc i have only check with line not with reader.
So my question is should i be worried of this alert?
If there's anything i can do to fix the problem or i should bear with it?
