I have a new machine and I have a problem, but have documentation

1. Mashina when included shows me that there axis A, but the machine does not possess.
I can not find the reference points A axis.
2. Axis x, y, z move but when the end comes machine OFF (can not re-engage)
3. changer tool, gives the command to change tools - comes to a head on the machine but does not change.

Does anyone know how to move the axis A

I have Cincinnati Sabre 1000 GE Fanuc OM C Control.
but i am still problem for reference not home current position.
