Play on X axis

Hi folks,

Has anyone ever experienced a certain amount of movement in z direction on the x-axis rail at the left end of the bed?

If we put pressure on the bed when it all the way over to the right (as you look at it) the bed and rail moves about .2mm! but only on the left hand end...

what is causing this? how can we fix it? any help would be great!
