Hello, I just got a used cincinati VMC 1000 Acramatic 2100 control... I have everything up and running now, bu I do not know how to load the tools on the machine, it keep appearing an alarm of unidentified tool in the spindle 39-23... can anyone help me... or someone know sombody in Mexico who can help me. thanks  |

| You need to put the tools in the carousel first, not in the spindle. With the spindle empty, use the MECH JOG button, and the F1 to F4 keys to move the carousel towards the spindle etc and load your tools then. Remember the CAT40 toolholders can only go in one direction or your drive lug on the spindle will jam on the tool. |
