    NCA spindle lube alarm?

Hi. I work with sabre 2000 cincinatti milacron with acramatic 2100 controller. Last 3 weeks every other hour alarm comes up on the screen NCA spindle lube alarm. I have to go at the back and reset it everytime. Red light-"low air" lights up and after i reset it all back to normal for another hour or so. Spindle oil tank is properly filled btw so there is no prob with that. Might it be weak air compressor? But it was working for number of years in same workshop and was alright. Any suggestions. Tnx in advance

It does sound like the air pressure needs raised.

I have been out of town but will look and respond in the morning. I had this problem when I got my first Arrow. I do remember it as a simple adjustment though.

There is a digital display on the oiler unit that displays the current pressure going to the machine. It's been a while since I've use an Arrow but from what I remember the pressure can only fluctuate a very small amount from baseline or you will get a low/high pressure alarm. I think the number on the display should be 6 (bar?) but not totally sure. Adjust your air pressure and you should solve the problem.

Raise the air pressure 10psi and see if that will take care of the problem.
