hello
instead of closing the doors try giving the guards or the table a good thump. it could be the 'heavy' closing of the doors is shaking something loose. what electrical diagram is your machine wired to?

here's a new one
if i close the doors to quick, on our 96 Arrow 500, the machine powers down... just like you hit the E-Stop. But, not every time
I was thinking the door interlock switch was possibly doing this, since it's the only thing electrical on the doors. I've checked the ground on the doors and the wiring that runs to the switch - all good
anyone out there ever have this problem?
thanks
Mac

hello Mallardfizz!!
how have you been?
Control Diagram #91202971
i'll go out and give it a good beating and let you know if anything happens![]()
Well
i went all around the mill giving it a good thumping... nothing
even hitting the table and vise with the dead-blow (not hard) - still nothing
opened and closed the door a dozen times - nothing
looks like i'm going to have to wait till it completely breaks -
intermittent problems like finding me then buggering off until i get comfortable - then WAMMO- they shut me down completely
