The machine has been really hard to start like 3 or 4 hrs of trying to get past the TGN Led on the servo amp before it will start. I know the TGN is supposed to be from the z axis feedback cable but after swapping endcoders and buying a new cable the TGN still persist. The alarm stays on the same Axis.

Then today when I came in I started seeing spindle drive fault errors and the spindle would not run at the programmed speed it would be slow the right then slow again.

I powered the machine down and now Its stuck on host control ini screen and the led's on my damp board are as follows . RUN Is Red , SERV Is Red, apwr is green and dpwr is green.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
