S-MEASURING SYSTEM DEFECTIVE 3B This error seems to come up randomly, machine trips out durning a milling operation. Anyone know what this error is, or even better, how to fix it? Machine details. Cincinnati Milacron Sabre 1250 Heidenhain TNC 415 Controller  |

| Hello Matthewb The spindle encoder is bad. S- for spindle, 3 for processor which informs from the error and B for "edge sparation of the signals. So either repair or change the encoder. Jukka |
