Angry PLease help arrow 750 problem

we have recently bought an Arrow 750 CNC mill
after we installed the machine the problem is:
when we push the start button the 3 axis moves with rapid speed in the opposite direction of going to reference point simultaneously! then the machine goes to emergency mode.
the important point is we do not push reference button after pushing the start.
    what should I do?

    Thanks

I know nothing of the CT control or their drives. Sorry.

But it appears to me that if you did something (moved the machine) and now it does not work, the thing you did probably broke it. So what does moving the machine do? Shakes stuff up. So my guess would be you have something loose or not making a good connection.

Since it happens to ALL 3 servos, then it is something COMMON to all 3 servos. It is not likely that 3 servos broke, so it likely that something common to all of them broke. That is the control.

If I were there I think I would put a meter or scope on the VELOCITY speed command to one of the drives and see what it does when you push the green button; sounds like it is going immediately to + or - 10v rail to do what you say. So sounds like you may have lost a common on the control command outputs or something.
