Dear friends, Recently i purchased old CINCINNATIC MILACRON EV machining centre with ACRAMATIC 850 CNC control. now what my problem is when i pressed the align button X, Y axis are align correctly and giving machine value 0. but Z is not aligning it is giving 15144 alrm. and machine value is 25. in fanuc systems we are having reference dogs and reference position is fixed. but in this machine there is no reference dogs for X,Y axis . but Z is having one alignment dog. so kindly send me the procedures to ALIGN the axis , because i am not having any manuals releated to this system.
