cincinnati arrow 1000 realtime timeout error

Does anyone know why I keep getting this error (realtime timeout)?
Its thrown this error 3 times today !
what can cause time out error?

the problem is the realtime motherboard. it needs replacing.
give me a ring you have my number. one of you phoned when the x axis motor was playing up a couple of weeks ago.

Hello,
new to the forum, so I hope I am starting correct.

My Arrow 1000, with Arcamatic 2100, is stopping and lists the following error:

PAGE FAULT EXCEPTION
SEV_SYSTEM_FAIL_CHANNEL_ID
0x80016 - Interrupt Vector 14

Stops during operation and with axis not in motion, so I wonder if the batteries are part of this? If so, then what is the proper technique to replace the batteries without losing all data?
