We have a 10" chuck. I am using oversize jaws to turn OD's up to 16" I use a boring bar in the ID pocket-insert toward the operator. The opposite way from ID boring. I keep getting "in cycle" & "non cycle" overtravel alarms. Sometimes the program runs ok but often it hangs up or stops in the middle of a cut. Does anyone know a way around this with the 850 control? Thanks |
