Hi guys i am a totally newbie in cnc turning machining, as im used to work in conventional milling machines only and i would like to ask a little help about how to make the programmation to make some pieces that you can check in the link below. http://www.mediafire.com/imageview.p...0u78rwd6zlk2nh the intention is to make pieces like that with 140 x 25 of diameter (measures in millimeters), then i have others to make with same shape only dimensions change a bit. the hole its not needed to make we still thinking which the best steps to make the work the material will be placed in cnc with about 148mm and 40mm of diameter (material provided by the client) Material is: x10crwmovnb9-2 our machine is a cincinnati milacron falcon 200 with acramatic 1200 thank you very much in advance for any help provided Alvaro Libanio  |
