Wanted: machine in Dayton/Cinti area to test Replacement Spindle Drive

We believe we have a new spindle drive that can replace the obsolete VFS5 spindle drive. We believe we have worked out the bugs but want to test it on a local machine to verify this. We are looking for someone with a CMI machine here would like to volunteer to let us test this replacement drive. My thought it to attach the new drive via plug in cables to the present wiring; so no changes to your machine, just set this new drive on table next to the control cabinet and plug in cables to test it. This drive is setup to run the same spindle already on the machine so it does not have to be replaced!

I believe this test would take no more than 1 day, after which we would simply plug your spindle drive wires back in and verify it still runs like before we started.

In exchange for letting us test this new drive to verify it is ready for the market we would offer a large discount on one and/or maybe free installation of one.

Anyone had enough of their VFS5 old drive problems and ready for a new trouble free replacement?

At inclusion of the machine tool, Hejdenhain gives an error-"Gross positioning error S B".
After several attempts to position a spindle, good luck, it is possible to work.
But without tool change.
The spindle stops in different places.
