Arrow 500 CT Ctrl Error 1546

Hi guys, hope that some one can help me out with this :
I am not able to align tool drum ,
I have been told that , because of this alarm, tool data tables need to be reset :

How can i enter or fill out tool data tables , in a CT control,
These tool data tables they are all empty ! no data at all !!
& also i can't modify any value

There are 3 options at the Tool Data :
1 Pocket Tools
2 Tool file directory
3 Tool file data

First off make sure you have the key in the control turned to allow editing.

I'm not sure what your question is but if what you are asking is how do you add a tool file to the tool library, you select option 3 tool file data
This will take you to tool 1 data

there is a soft key for tool types, press that key then select a tool type from the menu

enter a description for the tool then press enter

enter a length offset then press enter

enter a radius offset if required (I always do not for comp purposes but for reference in case I forget the dimensions of the tool)

pressing enter cycles through the values, and once you enter the last value it jumps to the next tool

then you have a tool file entered

i probably did not explain clear enough , but you clearly undestand , Thank you !
The problem with this machine was that it lost parameters , some one else load it back
& for some reason the job is not finished yet
That's the reason why it alarms , error 1546 ,when we try to home or align tool drum :
Because tool data or tool library is empty

the thing is that no matter where the editing key is , it won't let me change or modify
any of those values
