hello folks having a problem with the touchscreen on my Arrow 500 (A2100) the screen and keys are not operating when i run the Diagnostics, it's telling me "KEYPAD/TOUCHSCREEN... MISSING" anybody with any ideas on this? would it be just the touchscreen or a software issue? have a 3 month old hard drive in the controller thanks for any ideas Mac   |

| Hello you have a 'bad' KTI ( Keyboard Touchscreen Interface ) board. This board is located behind the keypad underneath the crt. I can supply a service exchange board OR you could plug in a remote keyboard and mouse into control. regards Mallardfizz |
