Arrow 750 with CT control error message 9036

I have a 1994 Arrow 750 with the CT control. I'm getting a 9036 error message "Static RAM File System Corrupted Main PLC". Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

It could be a goofy program so purge them all. If that does not fix it you will need to reload all the software. I have had that message 2 or 3 times.

I have the same problem in the 1995 ARROW 500 which we just bought.

In addition to the error message, there is another one.
"Static RAM FIle system Corrupted COMP PLC"

9253 PLC name definition error _9.13 "09.13"

File: Main.plc
SOurce line number : 463
_9.13 "09.13"

I don't know where to find the file.
Also, it seems the memory board is missing.
I suspected the backup battery is dead too.
Is there suppose a floppy drive in the machine? WHere?
Is there a hard drive?
