| The a2100 does not have ladder however you can go to the service and program ware and read the cycles which is a word statement type of ladder such as old doss programs run. But anyway go to program ware then select io board when it asks for a slot just hit enter. This will pull up your basic inputs and outputs page down to the outputs and look for the drive enable. see if it is being out put at machine power on. Also check vfs5 for any alarms on the face and if you have Motion link software you can check the alarm status in the drive it self. The kollmorgen does not generate but a few generic alarm outputs that may be hard to interprate with out using software/ manual to get a detailed description. Often this is caused by something farely simple. If you do not have software i would check dc buss votage and check to see if any of the relays for the alarm states are on. Also many get confused in that parts of the A2100 and vfs5 are a sinking system rather than sourceing. Your buss voltage should be real close to 330 volts dc. |
